The Meredith Gardens Homeowners Association (MGHA) is a nonprofit community organization committed to developing a sense of unity and preserving the integrity of our neighborhood. Members include residents (both owner and non-owner) and non-resident owners within Meredith Gardens defined borders.
Dues/Contributions (a minimum of $40.00 per year per family) are completely voluntary but highly encouraged in order to host and put on the neighborhood events and provide support for neighborhood concerns. The voluntary dues become the core funding for social activities, maintenance objectives, civic support and operating costs as set forth by your Board of Directors.
