Welcome To Meredith Gardens
Welcome to Meredith Gardens, one of Surf City’s most established neighborhoods. Located in the southeast part of beautiful Huntington Beach, Meredith Gardens is a community of about 400 homes established in 1966. Our community was designed and built by the developer Eddie Meredith who at the time was considered a trendsetter. He broke away from building the traditional California ranch style home to build the first split-level homes in Southern California.
The unique design of our homes coupled with wide streets, spacious front lawns and back yards makes Meredith Gardens one of the most sought after neighborhoods in Huntington Beach. The pride of ownership in our community is evident by the beautifully maintained homes and lawns. Adjacent to the Santa Ana River, our community enjoys unique access to bike trails and open spaces, and outdoor recreational activities such as tennis courts at Le Bard Park and the baseball fields of the Seaview Little League.
The Meredith Gardens Homeowners Association is dedicated to promoting a sense of community and tradition. The Association is active in civic activities and advocacy to maintain the quality of life in our neighborhood. There is always something going on in Meredith Gardens from the jazz concert in the park, to the annual Fall progressive dinner, and rounding out the year with a joyful Christmas caroling hay ride. Our residents enjoy California beach living at its finest.
